Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for DermaCore paid plans. We have kept it simple.
Cancel before renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel your subscription before it renews. Once a renewal has been charged, that period is generally non-refundable.
Special circumstances
We understand that things happen. If you believe your situation deserves a refund — for example, an accidental renewal or a genuine problem with the service — please email us at [email protected] and tell us what happened. We will review each request in good faith and decide on a case-by-case basis.
What you keep
Even if a period is non-refundable, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time, at our sole discretion. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
