Privacy Policy
DermaCore builds software for dermatology and aesthetic clinics. This policy explains, in plain language, how the app handles data.
Your data belongs to the clinic
Clinical records, patient information and billing data entered into DermaCore belong to the clinic that created them. We do not sell data, and we do not serve advertising. You can export your data at any time and change or cancel your plan without losing it.
What we process
- On the Free plan, clinic and patient data is stored entirely on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- On paid plans, data is stored securely in the cloud to power online booking, the patient portal, backup and multi-device sync. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.
- Optional AI features (Platinum) send the photos or text you choose to analyse to our AI provider to generate an assistive report; results are always doctor-confirmed.
Patients
Patients control their own portal account and can request access to, or deletion of, their personal data through the clinic or the patient app.
