Cancellation Policy
This policy explains what happens when you cancel a DermaCore paid plan. We have kept it simple.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancelling simply stops the plan from renewing at the end of your current billing period.
You keep your benefits until expiry
When you cancel, you do not lose access straight away. You keep all the features of your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, the paid features that rely on our services switch off, while the core software continues to work.
Your data stays with you
Cancelling never deletes your data. You can export your clinic and patient records at any time, and your information remains yours. See our Refund Policy if you also want to request a refund.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time, at our sole discretion. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
